Advanced Sawing & Drilling completed a suspended sawing project in Dandenong for Delta Demolitions, involving extensive wall and floor concrete cutting within a confined, restricted site.
With surrounding buildings limiting access, traditional demolition was not viable. The structure was cut, lifted overhead and craned out in a controlled cut–lift–remove sequence to maintain safety and structural control.
