Advanced Sawing & Drilling team are happy to visit your site to gather the information required to complete a quote (Greater Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula). This is done without charge and can be to specific engineer drawings or facilitated via Advanced Sawing & Drilling. Typically we price per job, however depending on project specifics we can negotiate other terms. Advanced Sawing & Drilling also work partner with clients on some tender work. Our head office is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. naturally however some of the work we do (Roads and infrastructure and commercial CBD work) is time sensitive and therefore require our services any hour of the day (or night!). For on-site work, the Advanced Sawing & Drilling team are available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Contact us to discuss further your time requirements.

Our team, from the directors down, have been involved in the concrete cutting and core drilling business for over 30 years. Since 1993 our company has been servicing the industry and has earned a formidable reputation for service, quality work and an understanding of the role they play in meeting deadlines and managing project budgets. Our team members include skilled fitters and turners, engineers, mechanics and project managers.

Cutting concrete is just that. Using a variety of machines and techniques, Advanced Drilling & Sawing cut concrete to make penetrations such as lift shafts, windows, doors, entrances, pipes and so forth. We also cut concrete to assist with demolitions and the removal of concrete by reducing it to a size that can be removed from a work site.

No. Advanced Sawing & Drilling uses highly specialised equipment and has a level of expertise that is not geared towards either the hire of our equipment for any third party or do it yourself project. For this service we recommend you contact your local machinery hire business or contact your builder to assist you.

Unlike concrete cutting which is the cutting of concrete in lines or angles, core drilling, is the cutting of building materials (including concrete) in a cylindrical fashion. Core drilling usually refers to the drilling of holes and as such is used largely by the plumbing and piping industries. From 8mms to 800mms, Advanced Sawing & Drilling has the expertise and equipment to help you with your core drilling needs.

Our machines include wall sawing machines with the capability to fast cut concrete that is over 700mm thick. Machines that can cut any depth of concrete up to 8m thick. Highly specialised core drilling machines that can drill up to 1 meter in diameter and wire sawing machines that are perfect for rio and heavy steel plates. In fact some of our equipment is that highly specialised (only 2-3 in Australia) that we work all over Australia.

Our head office is in Seaford (South East Melbourne), however our onsite team are available in any part of greater Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and for some projects Victoria.
